Quality starts in the field. Kerry's mild, rainy climate grows some of the richest green pasture anywhere, and that grass-fed goodness is what makes our balms and soaps so nourishing.
At The Cozy Nook, we believe skincare shouldn't come with a long list of chemicals you can't pronounce. What began as a journey toward a cleaner, more natural lifestyle soon became a passion for creating simple, nourishing products made with ingredients we trust.
Living in Castleisland, the heart of Kerry's good grass country, we're surrounded by lush green fields, traditional farming, and (thanks to all that blessed Irish rain) some of the finest natural ingredients in the world. We realised we didn't need fancy products from abroad when nature already provides everything our skin needs right on our doorstep.
Every cream and soap we create is handcrafted in small batches in Castleisland, Co. Kerry, using grass-fed Irish tallow and carefully selected natural ingredients. We bring comfort, simplicity, and nourishment back to skincare, one small batch at a time.
Why we make everything with tallow
Tallow is remarkably close to the natural oils our own skin makes, which is why it sinks in and comforts rather than sitting on top. It is one of the oldest skincare ingredients there is, and grass-fed tallow is naturally rich in the fatty acids and fat-soluble vitamins skin loves.
